Healing Research, Volume IV:
Theories and Practices of Spiritual Healing

Theories to understand healing have faltered because they start with premises of conventional medicine. This volume suggests a variety of biological energy theories. For instance, Albert Einstein postulated that matter and energy are interconvertible, E = mc2. Quantum physics has amply confirmed his theory. Conventional, "Newtonian" medicine has been slow to assimilate these ideas. The body is composed of matter, but it can be understood equally well as being composed of energy. Spiritual healing and many of the complementary therapies address the energy aspects of the body.

Volume IV includes an extensive, topical summary of the previous three volumes.

My personal experiences with healing are also shared here. I am a psychiatrist practicing psychotherapy and healing in Philadelphia and nearby New Jersey, founder of the Doctor-Healer Network in England and editor its Newsletter, and founder of the Doctor-Healer Network - North America.. I lecture and lead experiential workshops internationally on wholistic healing and spiritual awareness.
