I have studied spiritual awareness and wholistic healing for over 25 years after starting out as a horrible skeptic about these important aspects of our lives. Wholistic healing srmeb.html addresses body, emotions, mind, relationships (with other people and environment) and spirit. We are unitary beings, combining all of these. It is only in cultures that think concretely, like our modern Western world, that these have been split apart as subdivisions of our lives and spirits.
