At the heart of the southern Great Eta Carina Nebula (NGC 3372) is
the Keyhole Nebula (NGC 3324), showcasing the famous star, Eta Carina, to the lower
left. Unfortunately, most denizens of the Northern Hemisphere have never
glimpsed this bright region.
There is much of beauty to enjoy in this broad universe of ours. Sadly, the human species may soon not be around to enjoy this beauty.
Our politicians - under pressures of short-sighted, money-focused interests, are focused on the penny and are ignoring the effects of our behaviors on our planet.
